Light Years offers a flat rate for all shipping within the Continental United States:

-USPS First Mail (includes tracking)$5.95 (3-6 business days)

-USPS Priority Mail (includes tracking)$8.95 (1-3 business days)

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your items as soon as your order has shipped.

-Please note that next day shipping is not available for orders received on Saturday or Sunday.

-Orders are processed within two business days.

-Sales tax will be added to all orders that have a ship to address within the state of North Carolina.

 My package shows it was delivered but it is not here. What should I do?

If your tracking info shows the package was delivered but it is not at your door, in your mailbox, PO box, etc., please contact your local Post Office for help. There is very little we can do once a package has been handed off to USPS. You will need to work with your local Post Office and carrier to try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be found, you can file a Lost Package Claim with USPS through their website.

-Unworn items in their original state may be exchanged within thirty days of purchase date.

-Items may be returned at any store location with the shipping invoice.

-To return items by mail, please contact us with your name, order number, and specific number of the item(s) being returned.

-All discounted items are final sales.

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We can email a return label and deduct $4.50 from the refund total.
