Feather Framed Turquoise Statement Necklace

This high-end statement necklace is handmade in the American Southwest by a Navajo artist. This piece is hallmarked by the artist and features genuine nuggets of bright blue turquoise set in a silver setting with feather detail framing each segment. In Native American culture, feathers are used for most spiritual practices as a connection between the Great Spirit and the Earth. This piece is a remarkable representation of the cultural history of jewelry-making by indigenous cultures, which we are honored to share with our customers.  

Sterling silver.

Length is approx. 34" long. A large centerpiece holds three nuggets of turquoise and drops about 4". A sturdy box link chain and hook clasp finish the piece.
